Shipping policy

Once an item is dropped off to the mail carrier, it is out of our control, shipping/delivery time is out of our control. Please be mindful when ordering to receive in time for a vacation. 

Lost package

If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit it will need to be claimed with the postal service used. 
Parks and Pretty is not responsible to replace lost/stolen/damaged items free of charge.
If items need to be remade/ordered, the customer will be given a 40% off coupon to use for the replacement order if available to replace.
